Our Earth & Sea Retreat is for those seeking mild physical activity (e.g., walking, stretching), individual quiet time, relaxation, spa treatments and small group workshops. Our meditation and workshop coaches will teach you techniques on self-care and transformation in a safe, inclusive and non-judgmental environment. Different topics will be discussed daily providing simple ways to manifest and live your best life. Each morning will begin with an attitude of gratitude, light stretching and meditation on the beach or indoors (depending on weather). Throughout the day we will guide you on how to visualize your future self through one-on-one coaching, individual quiet time to journal, reflect and rest. Enjoy a walk or just sit and marvel the view of beautiful white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast.
